It’s decent for home use. The frame feels solid, but there’s a slight squeak during certain moves. Still, it gets the job done and is fine for casual workouts.
I work long hours at my desk, and I started using this reformer to help with my lower back pain. It’s made a huge difference already! I feel stronger and more flexible, and the pain has definitely decreased. The only downside is that the ropes were a little stiff at first, but they’ve loosened up nicely now.
